# **Cookie policy**

Which cookies this site sets, why, and how to change your mind.

In short: this site sets only the cookies it needs to work. There are no advertising or analytics trackers, so there’s nothing to opt out of.

## **What cookies are**

Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser so it can remember something between pages or visits. Similar technologies, such as your browser’s local storage, work in the same way, and this policy covers them too.

## **The cookies we use**

All of them are strictly necessary, which means the site would not work properly without them:

- Consent cookie: remembers whether you’ve seen the cookie banner and what you chose, so we don’t ask on every page. Kept for twelve months.
- Order session: while you check out a campaign, your progress is tied to a private link, so a page refresh doesn’t lose your order. Nothing is stored after the order is finished.
- Team sign-in: used only by Promovery staff when they sign in to manage the website. Visitors never receive it.

## **Third parties**

When you pay for a campaign, you’re taken to our payment provider’s secure page. That page may set its own cookies, which are covered by the provider’s cookie policy.

Some pages show images hosted by outside services. Loading an image sends them your browser’s usual technical details, such as your IP address, but they don’t set cookies through our site.

## **Managing cookies**

You can change your choice at any time with the cookie button at the bottom of every page. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site, such as checkout, may stop working without them.
