Verde Health runs 120 clinics, and until last year each one handled bookings its own way: phone calls, a patchwork of online calendars and a lot of sticky notes. Patients waited on hold, and receptionists spent their mornings chasing no-shows.

We spent the first month in the clinics, sitting behind reception desks and in waiting rooms. The brief changed. Booking wasn’t the hard part – rescheduling was. Most missed appointments came from people who couldn’t easily move theirs, so they simply didn’t turn up.

The new app puts rescheduling one tap away from every reminder. Patients see real availability across nearby clinics, pay in advance if they choose to, and get a nudge the day before. Staff get one shared calendar that fills cancelled slots from a waiting list automatically.

It went live clinic by clinic over eight weeks, with our team on site for every switchover.
