Terms of use
The rules for using this site and ordering a campaign from us.
Last updated 1 November 2026
In short: use the site fairly, and if you order a campaign, we’ll do what we promised for the price we showed you.
About these terms
These terms cover your use of this website and any campaign you order through the campaign builder. The website is run by Promovery, a company registered in England and Wales under number 154546436, with its registered office at St Botolph Building, 138 Houndsditch, London EC3A 7AR. By using the site, you agree to these terms.
Bespoke projects that we agree with you directly are governed by the proposal or contract we both sign, not by the campaign terms below.
Using the website
You’re welcome to browse, read and share links to anything here. Please don’t copy our content for commercial use, try to break or overload the site, or use it to send spam or anything unlawful.
The case studies and articles are here to show how we work. They aren’t professional advice for your particular situation, and results depend on many things, so past results don’t guarantee future ones.
Ordering a campaign
- Your order: the builder shows you the price of the options you pick, in euros. When you confirm your email address, accept these terms and pay, you’re placing an order.
- Our contract: the contract between us starts when your payment is confirmed and we email you a confirmation.
- Review before launch: a strategist reviews every order with you before any work starts. Together we agree the details: the message, the audience, the creative, the dates.
- Advertising budgets: unless we agree otherwise in writing, the price covers our planning, production and campaign management. Paid media placed with platforms such as Google or Meta is agreed and invoiced separately.
- Taxes: prices are shown before VAT. Where VAT applies, it’s added at checkout or on your invoice.
Content we can’t run
Every campaign has to follow the law, advertising codes and the rules of the platforms it runs on. If we can’t run a campaign as ordered – for example, because the product or the claims aren’t allowed – we’ll suggest changes. If we can’t agree on any, we’ll cancel the order and refund what you paid for work we haven’t started.
Changing your mind
You can cancel an order without charge until the review call. After that, we’ll refund the price minus the work already done, which we’ll show you in writing. Once a campaign is live, it runs for the period you booked.
As a business customer, you agree that consumer cancellation rights don’t apply to campaign orders.
Your materials and our work
You confirm that you have the right to use anything you give us, such as logos, photos or product claims. Once you’ve paid in full, the creative we make for your campaign is yours to use. We may show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
Our responsibility
We do our work with reasonable skill and care. We can’t control how platforms deliver ads or how audiences respond, so we don’t guarantee specific results. Our total liability for any order is limited to the price you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will deal with any dispute. If something goes wrong, please write to info@promovery.com first – most problems are solved faster that way.
